 Special Read / Homemade Spicy Maggi Masala like Bazaar, Kitchen Masala

If you think Maggie Masala has a secret ingredient that makes it taste good, this is not the case at all. You can also make this spice at home, a favorite of children. For this, you can use the spices that you have at home and in a matter of minutes, your spicy Maggi masala will be ready.



Required materials


3 tablespoons garlic powder

One and a half tablespoon corn powder

2 tablespoons amchoor powder

One and a half teaspoon ginger powder

3 tablespoons chili flakes

1 tablespoon turmeric

2 tablespoons cumin

3 tablespoons black pepper powder

1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds

3-4 dried red chillies

2 tablespoons whole coriander

2 palm leaves

Salt to taste

A pen

Mixer grinder

Sieve

Tips

First dry the cumin, fenugreek seeds, bay leaf, coriander, whole chilli, black pepper, in the sun for 2 hours. Doing so will remove the moisture in it.

After a certain time, place a pan on medium heat to heat.

When the pan is hot, add all the spices and fry on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.

Then remove the masala to a plate and let it cool.

When the whole masala has cooled, take it finely.

Add onion, garlic, corn flour, amchoor, sugar, ginger, turmeric, chili flakes and salt to this spice and grind again. Do not run for more than 25 seconds if the PC is in the mixer.

Sift this spice through a sieve.

Now whenever you make Maggi at home, use this homemade Maggi masala.
